Dr. LeRoy Matthews Jr. a licensed and ordained minister from Saginaw, Michigan, where he studied at Michigan State University and Mt. Olive Bible Institute receiving a Doctorate in Christian Humanities in 2010.
He and his wife Cheryl have three children Chivonne, Daniel and David and one grandson Cameron.
Pastor LeRoy’s ministry is geared to encouraging Pastors around the world through prayer, and having traveled around the country doing Gospel Theater he has seen the power of prayer lift leaders who care for the flocks of God. So, given the opportunity he has prayed with Pastors all across the globe.
Dr. Matthews is Lead Pastor of One Lord Ministries founded in 2009 in Channel Island, California, where we believe the Word of God makes us a “family of Love” and that prayer binds us together.
At One Lord Ministries our mission is found in Ephesians 4:4-6 where it says (4) “There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; (5) One Lord, one faith, one baptism, (6) One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
— to love, to care for, and to meet needs of humanity, while upholding the redemptive truths and righteousness of Jesus Christ. Jesus told His church, “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matt. 5:16).
